Dr. Ramirez-Kubicek has a Medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York. Performed his post-doctoral degrees at renown hospitals in the United States. Has assisted and successfully culminated courses in Advanced Laparoscopy in the states of Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, and Texas.

Has participated as guest speaker for Surgical and Laparoscopic Congresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, France and Mexico.

He has been part of the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, Medical Association of Laparoscopic Gynecologists, and Member of the Inter-American College of Doctors and Surgeons, International Society of Endoscopic Gynecologists, as well as a member of ICOT (The International College for the Treatment of Obesity) and has participated in the American Medical Association and the Oklahoma Medical Association. He has worked in prestigious hospitals in and out of the United States. He has also taught at the Pedro Enrique Ureña University Medical School in the Dominican Republic; as well as serving as a consultant for the Laparoscopic Unit of the Hospital de Maternidad Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia.
